The next GHz-Tagung (GHz-convention) takes place
on February 20th, 2010 in Dorsten.

The GHz-Tagung in Dorsten deals with amateur radio on frequencies above 1.2 GHz.

Numerous specialized technical lectures make up the basis of the GHz-Tagung giving the opportunity to personal discussion. Each year it is visited by more than 200 radio amateurs, discussing the newest developments on microwave bands.

The conference is organized by the DARC, the local club "Herrlichkeit-Lembeck", and the DARC district "Westphalia-north". The GHz-Tagung is supported by the local adult education centre.

The lectures are usually held in German; however, the communication in Englisch with the conference visitors will be no problem.
